Town of Mountain Village – Develop program for remediation of existing employee housing. Created drawings and RFP, managed pre bid conference and RFP process to meet Town’s fiscal objectives.

Dan Hord III – Upon procurement of an estate home that was unoccupied for approximately 3 years, The Hords contracted ECM to recommission all bldg systems, implement whole house integration with AV, mechanical, security, & monitoring, and perform feasibility studies for extensive exterior improvements. As a current client, ECM is securing approvals on subsequent work scopes.

Bubba Gentry – While under contract for an estate residence, the founder of the first Infinity dealership in the nation, had selected ECM to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of construction. ECM had partnered with select trades for inspection and servicing of primary bldg systems. ECM identified construction defects and made recommendations on remediation as a condition of sale

Dr Alan Safdi – At work stopped with contractor due to budget and quality control issues, worked with Architect and Contractor to bring work and budget into expectations of Owner. Developed agreements, terms, and conditions for the Contractor to complete the work. Negotiated savings and scope adjustments to meet design intent. Providing construction observation services through construction and assisting with Owner FF&E.

James Hughes Construction – providing our expertise in pre-construction services during the development of the plans / specifications on a 14,000 SF livable estate. Lent our expertise to GC for other project management services on other projects

David C Stoup of Weil Lifestyle – Assisted in settlement of insurance claim and subsequently developed a program for interior and exterior renovation of his ranch estate on Wilson Mesa. Brought designer and contractor to the table to meet the satisfaction of the Owner.

Nintai Inc, Eugene Mathews – Developed program for interior tenant improvements and qualified contractor to perform the work.

Centex Destination Properties – Deployed weekly to Palm Springs, CA to assist site managers in fast tracking land development through scheduling with SIPS principals to achieve fiscal goals.

Intrawest US Holdings – Managed teams in the completion of projects. Provided representation on Eagles Nest Design Review Committee.

MWA Builders, LLC – Joint venture for the remediation of water damage to the Raven Golf Clubhouse. Managed all facets of mold mitigation, testing, and construction. Business development and market profile realignment. Provided supervision & management of subcontractor crews.
